v0.15.4 - Billing receipts and dependency upgrades

Charge receipts download again after the Pay 12 and receipts 3 upgrades, and nested navigation items stay valid under acts_as_tenant 2.

Fixes

  • Billing: charge receipt and invoice PDF downloads raised an error under Pay 12; both work again and are now covered by tests.
  • Billing: the Stripe SCA payment page was regenerated for Pay 12.
  • Nested navigation items failed validation ("Navigation item association is invalid") under acts_as_tenant 2; fixed in the same release as the upgrade.

Changes

  • Receipt PDFs use the Inter font embedded by receipts 3; the custom font files were removed.
  • Pay 12.1, receipts 3.0, acts_as_tenant 2.0.
